Having trouble logging in with your email?

We have updated our system to better protect your data. If your usual password doesn't work, don't worry: you just need to use the Reset Password option to create a new one and access your account immediately.

Can't see your previous stats or progress?

We have implemented a completely new and more accurate statistics system. For this reason, your old stats have been archived. If you need to check that information, please contact our support team at [email protected] and we will gladly send you your archived data.

Is the app not working properly?

If you are experiencing issues, it is because the old version is no longer supported. To get the best experience and ensure everything works correctly, it is essential that you update to the new app from your app store (App Store or Google Play).

What happened to my personal bookmarks?

The bookmarks feature has been modified. For this reason, the notes you previously saved will no longer appear on your profile.

Why can't I find the "Challenge" section?

The "Challenge" section is currently on pause. We are focused on providing you with the best possible experience in the core study features.

Where can I see the stats by school?

Currently, school statistics information and data are not visible within the app.

Will the app receive constant improvements?

Yes, very often! We will be releasing small updates every few days. This way, we will quickly fix any details and continuously improve your experience without you having to wait a long time.
